Before confirming any reservation, I require:

1. A photo of your Valid Government ID such as a Driver’s License or Passport. The photo should show your full legal name, picture and age clearly (you can blur the license/passport number and address if you wish) .  

This will be required when completing the booking form.

A 50% deposit is required for all bookings.

(FMTY requires 50% deposit PLUS all travel booked)

Cash Deposits: Visa or Amazon Pre-paid Gift Cards may be purchased with cash at any convenience or big box store and the code on the back may be sent to me. 

Your adventure will not be secured on my calendar until your deposit has been paid!

I want our adventure to feel unrushed, easy laughter, relaxed chemistry, and just enough flirtation to leave us both leaning in a little closer than planned.

I adore thoughtful gestures done well. Perhaps you arrive with a sleek little gift bag, an envelope tucked inside, my favorite candy, Something from my wishlist and a sweet note from you, knowing exactly how much I enjoy the anticipation. 

Or maybe you choose something timeless like a fresh cut flowers, a handwritten note slipped into the envelope. Understated. Romantic. The kind of detail that tells me you appreciate ritual, refinement, and the art of courtship.

This is an invitation to slow down and savor the exchange, darling.

Luxury is in the intention… and I notice everything 😉

I require a minimum 48 hours notice for local cancellations (7 days for FMTY). 

With appropriate notice, your deposit can be applied to a rescheduled booking within the next 60 days. 

For cancellations within the 48 hour window( 7 days for FMTY), you forfeit your deposit. 

I accept gifts for my time and companionship ONLY.  Anything beyond that is between two consenting adults. Let’s practice sharing and asking for what we desire!

Safety is of the utmost importance to Me. 

I also take any health conditions and physical injuries into consideration when planning 

Thoroughly review the  website before contacting me. 

Doing so will demonstrate a level of respect and maturity that is extremely attractive.

I only communicate via email for bookings until deposits and all arrangements have been made.

This inbox is strictly reserved for bookings. This means no chit chat, asking me how my day is going, wishing me happy holidays, sending me explicit content, etc.

I practice excellent hygiene and expect you to do the same. 

That means freshly showered, teeth brushed and flossed, tongue scraped, hair brushed, nails clean and neat, deodorant applied (no need to douse yourself in cologne or perfume), and appropriate clothing for the occasion. 

Safety is my number one priority! 

Alcohol in slight moderation is allowed (such as a glass or two of wine at dinner), but ANY signs of intoxication will give me the right to refuse and cancel our time together without a refund!

No other substances will be allowed during our date. 

This policy is set purely with BOTH of our safety in mind.
